 notice of dispute resolution process concerning Exelon Generation Company\
 , LLC.\nOn February 25\, 2010\, the state of Maryland Department of the En
 vironment (Maryland DOE) filed a Notice to initiate formal study dispute r
 esolution process pursuant to 18 CFR 5.14. Maryland DOE disputed the Commi
 ssion’s study determinations on the following studies: (1) seasonal and 
 diurnal water quality in Conowingo Pond and below Conowingo dam (study 3.1
 )\; (2) downstream fish passage effectiveness study (study 3.2)\; (3) hydr
 ologic study of the lower Susquehanna River (study 3.11)\; and (4) charact
 erization of downstream aquatic communities (study 3.18).\n
