This seminar marks the culmination of a week-long series of meetings, facilitated by ELI's Jay Pendergrass, between Mexican federal legal officials and U.S. climate change experts. The officials have been tasked to help build Mexico's capacity for addressing climate change, by identification of the legal and regulatory barriers and opportunities to develop climate change policies. Participants will discuss their observations and insights from their meetings and the climate change legal framework in Mexico.
